1. Martin Lewis's Money Saving Expert website has published a customer satisfaction survey for Broadband and Home Phone.
Broadband: Utility Warehouse scored a massive 85% 'good' rating (just behind BE and Zen, who are both much more expensive).

2. US-based Direct Selling News has published its list of the world's top 100 direct selling companies.
Last year, Telecom Plus was ranked 33rd. This year, we've shot up the rankings - to 17th. That's 17th in the world.
